It’s officially summer again in Western New York. I am excited to kick off the season with the announcement that my artwork has been selected for the second annual 2024 ArtScape Original Art Show. Of all the works that were submitted, 50 pieces were chosen.

This year’s jurors included: ‘Ray Downey, Director of Brand Design and Strategy, Chautauqua Institution, Wendy Neckers, artist and owner of the Painted Finch Gallery, Cory PA, and Karin McCome Jones, artist and member of the International Online Art Collective, New Zealand.’ 

Original artwork was shown at Chautauqua Art Gallery from May 10 - June 29. Those pieces were then printed onto banners to be displayed throughout downtown until the end of the year to create an outdoor public art gallery.

It’s an honor to have been recognized as one of the artists in the ArtScape Original Art Show for the second year in a row. I am proud to be a part of a project that embraces the significance of artistic expression, which allows us to share our passion for art with the members of our community, and those who visit for the summer.
